Bence Horváth

Horváth Bence Dániel was born in 1975. He started playing the cello at the age of 8, in Pápa. When he was entered in class seven, his parents took him to the Secondary Grammar School of Music in Győr, where teachers advised to change to double bass. During the conservatory years, he met violinist Kálmán Kostyál, who had me attend his chamber orchestra of students. Between 1994-1999 in the Franz Liszt Music Academy he was a sutdent of Péter Kubina. Since 1995 he is a regular attendant of the Budapest Festival Orchestra’s conecerts and started at the Franz Liszt Chamber Orchestra in 2000, for the invitation of Kálmán Kostyál.
